Mission
The mission is to manage the planning team by:
- Defining the department's needs,
- Allocating tasks among team members,
- Ensuring compliance with social legislation (CP 227).
In addition, managing the agreements/contracts with our various partners by:
- Being the reference person for the client,
- Handling negotiation/contract and follow-up (signing, invoicing, etc.),
- Liaising with legal partners.
Your profile should include
- Knowledge of the audiovisual industry,
- Knowledge of social legislation and CP 227 is a plus,
- Experience in setting up agreements and contracts,
- Legal background,
- Reactivity,
- Ability to summarize information,
- Good spelling,
- Team player,
- Flexibility,
- Organized.
