Virtual advertising and augmented reality must be integrated into the production without disrupting the filming or broadcast. Dreamwall handles the technical preparation and operation of the solution, from the feasibility analysis through to supervision during the event.

Every production presents specific constraints: the sport involved, venue configuration, camera positioning and movements, signal format, number of feeds and broadcasting conditions. The solution is therefore designed according to the existing technical environment and the project’s objectives.

Key stages of our work

  1. Technical feasibility study

    We analyse the venue, production setup, cameras, available signals and content to be integrated in order to define a solution suited to the production.

  2. Camera tracking and calibration

    Camera movements and parameters are tracked to ensure that virtual elements remain correctly positioned within the image throughout the broadcast.

  3. Signal integration

    Content is generated in real time and integrated into the video feed while respecting camera framing, movements and broadcasting conditions.

  4. Live supervision

    Dreamwall’s teams monitor the solution throughout the event and coordinate operations with the production and broadcasting teams.

A solution integrated into your production workflow

Dreamwall works in coordination with organisers, rights holders, broadcasters, technical service providers and production teams. The objective is to integrate the solution into the existing production without unnecessarily changing established workflows.

Technical discussions help determine the available signals, cameras involved, feeds to be produced, content to be broadcast and the responsibilities of each stakeholder. Tests are then carried out before the event to validate the rendering and ensure that the solution works correctly.
